Chocolate Lollipops

More candy......that is a good thing isn't it?These are great for class parties!Let the kids help too!I made these using different colors, but they can be made using any color you choose.Have fun!
Ingredients:
chocolate & white chocolate candy melts
food coloring
Supplies:
Lollipop sticks
candy molds
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. To add color to your pops, melt some white chocolate and add desired color using food coloring.Carefully spoon a small amount of the desired color into the area of your mold you would like to color...I have chosen the hearts in the center.Spread to cover the area using a small paintbrush(one that doesn't shed bristles),or in a pinch, use one of the lollipop sticks,or a toothpick.Freeze for 10 minutes.
Pour contrasting color of chocolate into the molds.Place back in the freezer for another 10 minutes.Gently pop out of the mold and either eat,or wrap in candy bags with ribbon for a party treat!
**These keep well, once wrapped at room temperature as long as it isn't hot where you live.
