Peanut Butter Kisses

What would Valentine's Day be without some kisses?Well, here they are...right in the center of a delicious peanut butter cookie.This is a favorite of everyone!
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/4 c. flour
extra sugar for coating the cookies
Hershey Kisses

Mix together the butter & peanut butter in the bowl of your mixer.Add the sugars,blend thoroughly.Add the egg & vanilla.In another bowl,mix together the flour,baking soda & baking powder.Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.Mix just until the dough comes together.
   Roll about 1 tbsp. of dough into a ball.Roll in sugar to coat.Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.Repeat with remaining dough.Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes,or until lightly browned.Remove from the oven and immediately place on kiss in the center of each cookie.Let the cookies cool until the chocolates sets,or east them while theyare nice,warm & gooey!
